The Administrative Director will manage all financial and operational activities for the organization. In addition to all aspects of accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and cash flow, the Administrative Director will oversee HR, facilities, IT, and organizational administration to ensure our community-based nonprofit runs smoothly. The role of the Director of Organizing is to develop and direct OVEC’s organizing and campaign strategies and to lead and manage OVEC’s team of organizers. The Director of Organizing will work closely with OVEC’s Communications Specialist, and is responsible for training and managing organizers in order to build OVEC’s community outreach, our base, and community power.
