| Registering for this year’s conference is super easy. To register simply send an email message to fyoung@wvecouncil.org telling us when you are coming, which meals you’ll want and whether you will be taking lodging at Greg Carroll’s home.
The registration fee of $20.00 can be paid when you arrive, or online here. This covers the cost of meals from Friday supper to Sunday lunch. If you are staying overnight at Greg’s, remember to pack a sleeping bag and your towels. Lodging other than at Greg’s is on your own. Area facilities include Budget America Inn, Hurricane (304-562-3346); Hampton Inn, Winfield (304-760-7292) or Holiday Inn Express, Winfield (304-345-8082). Expect to see a conference schedule and driving directions soon. The whole weekend should be worthwhile and we look forward to seeing you. |
