NextEra Energy Transmission Midatlantic Inc. has applied with the West Virginia Public Service Commission to build and own West Virginia segments of the MidAtlantic Resiliency Link project. The MARL project is deeply contested by communities around the state out of concerns for negative impacts to residents and their environment.
