Since 1989, it has been our privilege to represent West Virginians’ concerns about clean water, clean air, renewable energy and a sustainable future at the West Virginia State Legislature. We rely on your donations to make this possible. In 2024, with your support and working with our coalition partners, WVEC successfully defeated several harmful bills. Our WVEC lobby team is already at work monitoring the monthly Legislative Interim Sessions, preparing our advocacy strategy and ensuring we’re ready to engage legislators. Your support is needed to fund our lobby efforts, ensuring WV legislators hear our voices and understand our concerns, as well as to maintain our communication efforts to keep you and citizens across the state informed about legislative developments and Action Alerts.
