Our partner, West Virginia Rivers Coalition, is hiring two full-time campaign coordination positions: A Public Lands Campaign Coordinator and Climate Campaign Coordinator. Both coordinator positions have a combination of coordination, outreach and administrative responsibilities.
The Public Lands Campaign Coordinator position duties are as follows:
- Grow the base of support for public lands.
- Increase the visibility of public lands in West Virginia.
- Move the needle on priority policy issues through advocacy.
- Advance a pro-active campaign to protect the Monongahela National Forest.
The Climate Campaign Coordinator responsibilities:
- Grow the base of support for climate action.
- Increase public awareness of climate impacts and solutions – both locally and globally.
- Move the needle on priority policy issues through advocacy.
Both of these positions are responsible for the overall coordination and execution of their respective campaign goals and activities. Both positions are remote jobs, with a West Virginia residency requirement.
