To promote our state parks and to celebrate the citizens’ victory in defeating the state parks logging bill, the West Virginia Environmental Council calendar will now include outdoor events in our state parks. 24th annual Bluegrass Festival @ North Bend State Park, Ritchie County, May 11th-12th, 2018 . North Bend’s musical weekend of pickin’ and grinnin’ features two days of live bluegrass and craft vendors at the North Bend State Park amphitheater. Attendance is fee based.
