WVEC 2008 Fall Gathering

Reminder- it's this weekend- see the WVEC 2008 Fall Gathering notice and schedule below.

Here is an update on lodging facilities:

The 28 bed open dormitory (14 sets of bunk beds) is in a single room "balcony" type semi-circle overlooking the main meeting hall. It has male and female bathrooms, each with showers.

The four cabins have two sets of bunk beds each (sleep 4 people), but no toilet nor shower facilities.

So the dormitory has convenient toilets / showers, but little privacy. The cabins offer privacy, and are heated, but with no other facilities.

And either way,. we all need to bring bed linens, washcloths & towels, soap, etc.

Chelena McCoy and Frank Young will be doing registration starting at 3:00 Friday evening. We will have brought soft drinks / juice / water and snacks (but not dinner) for Friday evening. Chelena and her hubby, Norm Googel, will be the breakfast chefs Saturday and Sunday morning- 7:00 to 8:30 AM. Lunch and supper Saturday are potluck. So please remember to bring a dish.
