Black Policy Day at the State Capitol, Wednesday, Feb. 7: The Black Voter Impact Initiative and friends invite you to Black Policy Day at the State Capitol! Black Policy Day provides a platform for historically oppressed and ignored Black individuals to have their voices heard.
