It was a tough week for environmental policy, both at the state and national levels. The Trump administration rolled back the “endangerment finding” in the name of economic prosperity. The 2009 finding helped the EPA regulate greenhouse gases as climate change became a named threat to human health. The United States is one of the largest greenhouse gas emitters. More
