It’s that time again…time to register for the WVEC Annual Meeting! This year’s meeting will be hosted at the beautiful Blackwater Falls State Park Lodge. 

Join us on Saturday, October 3 for a day of learning and connection. Come share your insights and ideas to help shape WVEC’s future. 

When booking your hotel room, call 304-259-5216 and mention that you’re staying for the WVEC Annual Meeting for a discount (must stay Friday and Saturday). Attendees can also camp in the park or stay in one of the available cabins (discount does not apply).

Arriving Friday? Join us for a bonfire to socialize and relax before the meeting on Saturday.
