The 2018 session is coming to a close and we are swiftly approaching WVEC’s annual Eday at the Capitol. This year we would like to see more faces than ever before, and have many conservation organizations represented.
In 2018, we have prioritized citizen lobbying like never before. When you come to Charleston in person to deliver your message to protect the environment in West Virginia, you are using your most powerful tool as a citizen in a democracy- the promise of your vote. If you have been thinking about joining our efforts this session but haven’t gotten on board, Eday is the perfect opportunity to jump in.
We are planning a full day of activities and need input and representation from our member groups. If you or your group would like to host a table at our annual Eday on March 6, please fill out our online registration here. Let’s make this Eday the most powerful yet!
