AEP customers in West Virginia have seen rates increase by 235% in the past 15 years. Energy efficiency programs can provide relief to residents and businesses. Last month, with your help, West Virginians for Energy Freedom safeguarded the current energy efficiency programs that AEP offers. But we believe they should adopt improvements and offerings to benefit more customers, especially low-income and multifamily ratepayers.
