WVEC’s Annual Meeting registration is open. Whether you’re new to this or a long-time advocate, we’d love for you to join us! Everyone is welcome.
Our meeting runs Saturday, Sept. 14, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the beautiful Tygart Lake State Park in Grafton, WV, and the WVEC Board meeting is Sunday, Sept. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon for those who want to attend.
Will you join us? Register here!
Your voice and ideas matter — every participant is crucial! Take advantage of this opportunity to learn about and vote on our priorities and meet the minds behind our efforts. You’ll connect with decision-makers, share your ideas, and help steer our future direction.
What’s on the agenda:
- Citizen Air Monitoring and Current Challenges
- Protecting Our Public Lands
- Dispelling Anti-Solar Myths
- Community Solar
- Blackwater Falls update
- And more…
Come for the day on Saturday or make it a weekend getaway! Arrive Friday, enjoy a full day of activities on Saturday, a bonfire that evening, and a farewell brunch on Sunday. Please see the agenda below. Keep an eye out for an email with a final agenda — we’re adding new sessions as we confirm speakers!
We have reserved a limited block of discounted Lodge Rooms and Cabins for Sept. 13 and 14. Campground sites are also available if that’s more your style. For more information on lodging, visit our event page here.
