Join us for the West Virginia Environmental Council’s Annual Meeting September 13-15, 2024, at Tygart Lake State Park in Grafton, WV.

As West Virginians face growing energy and environmental issues, working together to shape our policy priorities helps us navigate and strategize around our challenging political landscape.

Your input is crucial in shaping policies for a better West Virginia!!

WVEC has reserved a limited block of Lodge Rooms and Cabins for the Annual Conference at Tygart Lake State Park, Sept 13-15. Lodge and Cabin prices are discounted for the nights of Friday, Sept. 13 and Saturday, Sept. 14. Campground sites, both non-electric and electric, are available at regular rates. 

Arrive Friday, enjoy a full day of activities on Saturday, and attend a farewell brunch on Sunday. Board members will convene for their annual meeting on Sunday.

Lodge and Cabin reservations must be made by the individual wanting to rent the room(s) by calling Tygart Lake Front Desk at 304-265-6144, ext. 0. Mention the West Virginia Environmental Council for a discount.

  • Lodge rooms: $116.99/night; $233.98 for 2 nights
  • 2-bedroom Meadow View Cabin: $269.98 for 2 nights; $148.49/night
  • 1-bedroom Lakeview Cabin: $269.98 for 2 nights; $148.49/night

  • Campground: Non-electric @ approx. $35/night; Electric for RV @ approx. $45/night
