The only thing better than spending a fall weekend in Thomas and Davis is spending it with other green friends from all over the state. Join us at Blackwater Falls State Park Lodge for the 2026 WVEC Annual Meeting on Saturday, October 3! Come share your insights and ideas to help influence the policies and actions we take to improve the lives of other West Virginians.
Attendees will have the option to camp on site or stay in a room at the lodge. Lodgers can book a room for a discounted rate through WVEC’s group booking block (must request when booking and stay Friday and Saturday nights). To book, call 304-259-5216. Students and those unable to pay for registration and lodging should contact WVEC President Quenton King at quentonking@gmail.com for a possible discounted rate or sponsorship.
Friday evening, we’ll have a bonfire, but no meal. Come relax and socialize before Saturday’s meeting!
