Cancelled due to covid
The 2022 Legislative Session has begun and things are already rolling! E-Day is just around the corner on Thursday, January 20 in person at the Capitol. If you plan to attend please be masked and fully vaccinated. The Capitol is pretty relaxed on COVID protocols so please be safe and protect yourselves.
We wanted to give everyone the opportunity to meet in-person and lobby for whatever issues their organization is focusing on. With it being early in the session, many bills have yet to be introduced but this is a good time to meet with delegates and senators and let them know what issues are on your radar.
We originally were planning to host an afterparty event at the Red Carpet, but this has been canceled.
Environmental organizations from across the state will be tabling in the Upper Rotunda Senate Side from 10 AM – 2 PM. We will have a rally with legislators from noon – 12:30 which will be live streamed on Facebook in case you want to attend virtually.
